US Congressional Art Competition

Each spring, high school students from across the country are encouraged to participate in a nationwide art competition sponsored by the Congressional Institute and Members of the House of Representatives. The winners selected from the competition will have their artwork displayed on the walls of the U.S. Capitol Building. Numerous LVA student works have been selected throughout the years.

Submissions are due by Friday, April 5, 2024. Artwork must be dropped off by 4:30 p.m. to the CCSD Community Engagement Office (Attn: Jeniffer Calimbahin) at 4212 Eucalyptus Avenue, Building 8, Las Vegas, NV 89121. Please share the attached 2024 Congressional Art Competition information with your staff and students.

Please see the attached letter from Nevada Congresswoman Dina Titus, Rules Flyer and Release.
