LVA Jazz Earns two 2022 Downbeat Awards!

We are proud to announce that LVA Jazz is the recipient of TWO DownBeat Awards this year! One of the LVA Jazz big bands and the Blues/Pop/Rock combo were recognized for their talents. The DownBeat Student Music Awards, founded in 1976, are considered among the most prestigious awards in jazz education. As part of the competition, college, high school, and middle school students record their music and submit it for judging by professional musicians and educators from across the country. Congratulations LVA Jazz!
